So, I saw Black Panther last night and...HOLY SHIT, IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! I loved it more than anything and I'm so happy to see a movie with a 90% black cast; it made me tear up!
But in all seriousness, I've never been more proud of being black until that very moment. So, pardon me for a moment while I do shitting poem time!
My skin is white and pale but I am black.
I don't look it but it's who I am.
Sometimes, I feel ashamed to be white
Especially after the last couple years
I've always seen myself as black but I'm whiter than an albino ghost
But now, I see everything in a different light
